Location: Redmond, WA.Employment Type: Direct hirePay Range: $34-38/hr.Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k with company match, life insurance and AD&D, short-term and long-term disability, PTO, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, employee discount programs.What You’ll DoSupport product launches through RFQ development, supplier quote analysis/negotiation, SOW development, and make vs. buy decisionsDevelop sourcing recommendations with clear rationale and supporting dataIdentify and execute cost savings through spend analysis, supplier negotiations, and sourcing strategiesPartner with commodity teams on strategy, supplier consolidation, and diversity initiativesSupport manufacturing and quality teams with supplier issue resolutionManage purchase orders and vendor master data in ERP systemsEnsure compliance with purchasing policies, contracts, and legal requirementsWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years of purchasing experience; CPM/CPSM preferredStrong analytical skills with ability to identify savings opportunities and execute sourcing strategiesAbility to manage multiple categories and cross-functional prioritiesSolid financial/quantitative analysis and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and negotiation skills across all levelsProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ERP experience (Oracle/SQL a plus)Highly organized with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentWHY AVERRO?Averro is a Veteran-Owned organization dedicated to delivering innovative talent solutions, business consulting, and technology services that propel businesses and careers forward.
