As the Operations Coordinator, you will assist the Lead Clinical Managers in managing the administrative functions that keep our services running smoothly! Make a difference in the lives of children and the staff who support them daily!\nSchedule: Tuesday-Friday 1pm-7pm, Saturday 10am-4pm\nOperations Coordinator Responsibilities:\nScheduling:\nMaintain accurate schedules for assigned locations\nWork with the clinical team to ensure timely session conversion and signatures\nReconcile and audit staff schedules and client hours for accuracy\nReconcile and audit clinic schedule and provide feedback to the supervisor\nIf coverage is needed, assist or fill in for administrative support\nMonitor, track, and communicate cancelation trends with the supervisor to improve treatment provision\nAdministrative Support:\nOffice Management:\nManage and organize office activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.\nCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely distribution of materials.\nGreet and direct visitors\nFacility Management:\nOversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.\nMaintain inventory of supplies and equipment, reorder as necessary, and liaise with vendors.\nCommunication Liaison:\nServe as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.\nCollaborate with different departments to ensure effective information flow\nProcess Improvement:\nIdentify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.\nCollaborate with team members to streamline processes and reduce redundancies.\nRequirements\nHS Diploma required; Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, business administration).\nExperience in operations coordination/administration and behavior analysis.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.\nThis role provides a unique opportunity for an individual to contribute to the operational efficiency of the organization while making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.\nBenefits\nAccess to National University with 15% discounted rates towards coursework\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) (available to all employees)\nHealth/vision/dental Insurance (eligible employees)\n401K plan (both part-time and full-time eligible)\nEarn PTO (full-time employees)\nGenerous Employee Referral Program\nWHO WE ARE\nWe build a nationwide community of compassionate individuals for one purpose; to serve others selflessly.
