The position is a critical liaison within the human resources department to facilitate an exceptional onboarding experience for candidates and continued support within the lifecycle of an employee. As a team member, you will work with the HR department and BI managers to suggest and implement solutions and manage risk.Your talent and expertise in the areas of people practices will assist in the streamlining of processes and enhancing employee satisfaction by supporting the HRIS platform. This position supports the continued integration of HR processes and tools within one system to enable employee and manager self-services, standardize HR practices, integrate data, manage workflow, and capture data/metrics. This position supports a company of nearly 3000 employees in multiple states with aggressive growth and expansion plans.\r\nYour Role and What You'll Do:\r\nBackground and drug screening process management.\r\nHR process refinement and continuous improvement.\r\nPre-employment process workflow and best practices.\r\nResponsible for I-9 management, with SME proficiency.\r\nEnsure accurate and complete employee files within HRIS.\r\nCreate reports in HRIS system and report on metrics.\r\nEmployee records management and audits.\r\nSupport continued automation of HR functions within HRIS.\r\nAssist with supporting the buildout of HRIS modules in HRIS.\r\nLiaison with unemployment claim administration.\r\nAssist with LOA program; provide support within HRIS to coordinate and manage leave of absence issues and compliance.\r\nParticipate in developing HR strategies to support a rapidly growing company.\r\nAnalyze trends and metrics with the HR team and use data to inform decision-making.\r\nTech savvy; experience with HRIS.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree required.\r\n1-3years of HR experience supporting a fast-growing company with a high volume of new hires, preferred.\r\nPHR/SPHR strongly preferred.\r\nTech savvy; experience with HRIS.\r\nExperience creating, maintaining and auditing new hire paperwork and employee files.\r\nPrior responsibility managing background vendors.\r\nSME in employee files and records management.\r\nDemonstrated experience working within HRIS to manage the employee experience from a single platform (Paycom experience preferred).\r\nExperience with core HR services such as LOA, performance management, payroll, benefits, etc.\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).\r\nAbility to multi-task successfully and prioritize HR matters.\r\nEfficient, organized, and strong attention to detail.\r\nEffective communicator (both written and verbal)and patient.\r\nSense of urgency & energized by a challenge.\r\nEnjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\r\nAbout Behavioral Innovations\r\nSince 2000, Behavioral Innovations has been dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism ages 18 months to 10 years.
