Our clients are experienced developers, and our work is complex and fast-paced.We’re looking for someone who can take ownership and run projects with minimal hand-holding.What You’ll OwnFull project lifecycle: SD through CA — manage timeline, team, and deliverables NYC zoning and DOB compliance — including residential towers and ground-floor retail Revit/BIM standards — maintain and elevate production quality Developer coordination — direct, high-level client communication QualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture Strong Revit skills and BIM fluency Solid understanding of NYC Zoning Resolution and DOB processes Experience with high-rise residential or mixed-use projects in NYC Highly organized, accountable, and clear communicator Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $90,000–$125,000 Medical: Full coverage Retirement: 401(k) with matching Paid Time Off Growing firm.
