On active jobs, field execution can break down when documentation is outdated, billing isn’t submitted, reports lag behind, or client requests come in from multiple directions. This role exists to bring order, responsiveness, and consistency to that environment.\nThe Project Coordinator helps keep the operation organized by maintaining current project documentation, making sure testing and billing activity is captured, supporting report flow, and helping manage client-facing administrative requests.\nThis isn’t just admin support. This is project execution infrastructure.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nMaintain project folders and documentation so current drawings, plan sheets, RFIs, and submittals are organized and up to date across internal systems and client portals.\nCoordinate billing and reporting flow by helping ensure testing performed, e-tickets, reports, and billing inputs are captured and turned in on time.\nReview reports for consistency and completeness before submission.\nManage incoming client and project requests and help track submissions, follow-ups, and duplicate asks.\nMonitor project admin metrics such as labor multiplier anomalies and raise flags to site leads when something appears off.\nSupport site leadership by handling detail-heavy coordination work so field leaders can stay focused on execution.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nHigh school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred\nValid Driver’s License with an acceptable DMV record\nStrong computer skills, including Excel and ability to learn new software quickly\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts\nAble to communicate clearly with internal teams and clients\nAble to work in a fast-paced construction-support environment\nWillingness to work occasional overtime as needed\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in construction administration, project coordination, dispatch, operations support, or materials testing support\nFamiliarity with construction drawings, submittals, RFIs, and document control\nExperience working in client portals / document management systems\nConstruction experience or exposure is a strong plus\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, plus overtime opportunities.\nBenefits Package:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off\nProfessional development assistance\nPaid training & career advancement opportunities\nStable, growing company with a family-oriented culture\nCompany vehicle may be provided based on role needs\nWork Schedule:\nMonday – Friday (overtime as needed)\nExpected hours: 40–60 per week\nWhat We Do:\nFounded in 2008, AIMRIGHT Testing & Engineering, LLC is a privately held testing and engineering firm serving the Midwest, including Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Texas.
