Our Warminster facility is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join us. The primary responsibilities for this position include: troubleshooting and repairing industrial furnace equipment, performing basic plumbing, electrical wiring, welding and soldering, and work with the production team to ensure all equipment in need of repair is attended to.The success of Bennett Heat Treating and Brazing is determined by our success in operating as a unified team. Our ability to supply our customers with world-class products and service is our competitive advantage, and the individual filling this position must reflect the values and culture of our business.This position reports to the General Manager.Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:Experience with electrical systems is a must – 480V/240V, as well as troubleshooting and repairing of circuits, motors, pumps, piping, hoses, valves, bearings, and gearboxes. xaygatp Experience in pyrometry is a plus.Must be able to read and understand engineering prints/technical drawingsAttention to detail, critical thinker, problem-solving skillsAdequate math and analytical skillsTeam player / ability to work well in a team environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship will be an assetMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 45 pounds
