Surgical TechnicianSeeking a certified Surgical Technician with a minimum of 1 year of experience in various surgical specialties including General, Gynecological, Urological, Robotic, Thoracic, Orthopedic, Podiatric, Vascular, Ophthalmic, and ENT procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in instrument sterilization, surgical preparation, and maintaining a sterile environment during operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist the surgical team by preparing the operating room and ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available.Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols throughout surgical procedures.Assist with positioning patients and draping according to surgical guidelines.Function effectively as part of a surgical team, supporting surgeons, nurses, and other staff.Manage instruments and supplies during operations, anticipating the needs of the surgical team.Participate in post-operative care and clean-up of the surgical area.ScheduleAvailable shifts include:5 days a week from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM3 shifts from Wednesday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PMOn-call commitment required for 3-4 shifts per month including weeknight evenings and weekends.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year experience as a Surgical Technician.Certification as a Surgical Technician is required.Current health requirements including vaccinations and fit testing as applicable.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
