Senior Compliance Auditor

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Auditor to review complex audits and assist in compliance education. Key Responsibilities Conduct complex audits of hospital and physician claims to ensure compliance with regulations Support the development and maintenance of the quarterly audit work plan and assist in training new auditors Coordinate and monitor Corrective Action Plans for identified non-compliance issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Allied Health, or a related field Minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare environment, including auditing and compliance Current certification from AAPC or AHIMA, such as CPC or CCS Extensive knowledge of CMS, OIG, and regulatory guidelines Strong proficiency in data analysis and use of electronic health records
