Licensed Senior Structural Engineer
To support renewable energy projects, the full-time Licensed Senior Structural Engineer will perform structural engineering reviews, prepare design specifications, and advise developers on utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects, all while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
Perform structural engineering reviews and analyses for power projects
Prepare structural design specifications and develop technical reports for various stakeholders
Advise power project developers to support new utility-scale projects and evaluate projects for financing
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering with a structural specialty; Master's degree is a plus
8+ years of detailed structural design experience, including mass concrete and steel
5+ years of experience in structural design specific to power generation or distribution
Experience in writing support documentation for structural engineering specifications and feasibility studies
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
