We look forward to hearing from you!\n\nLocation\n\nMilpitas, CA\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign, build, configuration, and provisioning of global infrastructure that supports Yaana services\nExcellent troubleshooting skills including network layer interaction with all other infrastructure layers\nNetwork monitoring implementation and enhancement experience\nRapid triage and troubleshooting of network issues to maintain SLA\nProvide daily support by following Change Request processes\nMaintain technical documentation on installation and configuration procedures\nInterfacing with network device vendors for issue resolution or support activities\n24×7 operations support and continuous monitoring of health of the network\nFamiliarity with OS systems administration (Linux / Windows)\nAutomation / scripting skills\nExperience working in datacenter colocation environment\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of expertise in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points and monitoring applications.\nGood understanding of all routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.)\nGood understanding of all layer2 protocols (STP, VLAN, LACP, etc.)\nHands-on technical experience working with VPN technologies (IPSEC, SSL VPN, AnyConnect, DMVPN, etc.)\nMaintain network security through proper configuration of VPN and Firewalls\nBS degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent technical subject matter\nOutstanding communications skills and ability to work in fast paced agile environment requiring accuracy and multitasking\nAbility to work during extended hours when required\nPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell.
