Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fleet Mechanic based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Core responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and completing preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle functionality. Additionally, the role involves repairing heavy equipment and maintaining detailed records of all service and repairs to support operational efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & RepairExperience with Heavy Equipment operation and repairStrong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving mechanical issuesFamiliarity with vehicle diagnostics tools and repair softwareAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate service recordsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentCertification in automotive or heavy equipment mechanics is a plusValid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred
