This is a high-impact leadership role for a CPA with strong technical accounting expertise, SaaS experience, and a passion for building processes, teams, and infrastructure to support growth.\nResponsibilities:\nLead monthly close and financial reporting across multiple entities\nEnsure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards\nOversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries\nManage cash operations, banking relationships, and lender reporting requirements\nCoordinate annual audits and work closely with external auditors and advisors\nMonitor compliance with banking covenants and reporting obligations\nPrepare investor reporting and support executive leadership with financial insights\nPartner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis\nManage and optimize financial systems and accounting technology platforms\nDrive automation and process improvements to support scalability\nEnsure compliance with sales tax and other regulatory requirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting; MBA or advanced degree preferred\nExperience in a Controller or Assistant Controller leadership role\nSaaS or technology industry experience strongly preferred\nStrong understanding of ASC 606, deferred revenue, and US GAAP\nExperience in private equity-backed environments and lender covenant reporting\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills\nHands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment\n#GHJSS #LI-LM1\nWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
