and job search platform is seeking an Event Content Manager to support the execution of executive event programming for flagship global events.\n\nEvent Content Manager Qualifications:\n\nLead the execution of executive event programming, including session development, speaker preparation, presentation reviews, rehearsals, show flow, and onsite delivery for flagship events.\nPartner with executives, external speakers, production agencies, and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Creative, Executive Communications, Legal, and Events) to deliver engaging, audience-first experiences.\nManage speaker relationships, contracting, logistics, communications, studio/virtual content capture, and technical production while ensuring seamless execution across multiple concurrent projects.\nDrive project timelines, proactively identify and resolve risks, support live event troubleshooting, and measure program effectiveness to improve future events.\nCreate compelling event content and presentations while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and strong storytelling,\n\nEvent Content Manager Qualifications:\n\n4+ years of experience producing live, virtual, or hybrid event content and managing projects from planning through execution.\n4+ years of experience working directly with senior executives, customers, or external speakers.\nStrong project management, executive communications, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nExperience with keynote development, executive presentations, conference programming, production agencies, and technical event teams is preferred.\nExceptional project management skills with the ability to independently drive complex initiatives from concept through execution are preferred.\nStrong storytelling instincts and experience developing audience-focused event content are preferred.\nComfort level partnering with senior executives and confidently managing
