In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies. You will provide high-quality, compassionate care while working collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Key Responsibilities:Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).Organize and complete patient care while considering age, cultural, and psychosocial factors.Document all aspects of the nursing process using accurate medical terminology.Monitor patient progress, address problems, and update goals as needed.Facilitate timely patient discharge with appropriate referrals and education resources.Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff.Support hospital/unit goals by participating in quality improvement, compliance, and education initiatives.Exercise independent judgment and make appropriate clinical decisions in complex situations.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 6–12 months of RN experienceKnowledge of disease state management, bio-psychosocial models, and clinical pathways.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to organize, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret and analyze clinical/numerical data.Education:Required: ADN or ASN degree in Nursing.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as approved by the state board.Licenses & Certifications:Active Oklahoma RN License (or valid multi-state RN license).BLS certification (required).ACLS certification About ASK: ASK Consulting is an award-winning technology and professional services recruiting firm servicing Fortune 500 organizations nationally.
