We are energetic, collaborative, and looking to grow our team.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Client Services Associate who will support the advisory team across all aspects of client service and operations. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards and exceptional experience our clients expect.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized. They treat sensitive information with the utmost discretion and have a natural ability to make people feel heard and well cared for. They take ownership of responsibilities and communicate proactively when something needs attention. Key ResponsibilitiesClient ExperienceServe as the primary point of contact with clients – virtually and in officeSchedule meetings, coordinate location (office/zoom), send remindersEnsure timely and thoughtful responses to all client needsConduct client paperwork meetings and assist with e-sign functionsAssist clients with technology (onboarding, tutorials, functionality, logins, etc.)Lead “surprise and delight” moments with personalized gestures for important milestonesManage client surveys and feedback systems Ensure clients always receive a “wow” experienceOperations & AdministrationManage account openings, transfers, and general updates (beneficiaries, address changes, etc.)Maintain CRM and workflowsManage electronic client files and secure document storageMaintain advisor calendarsPrepare client meeting materials and assist with follow-up executionTrack implementation of all tasks and workflowsCoordinate with compliance teamQualifications3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client-facing roleFamiliarity with custodial platforms (Schwab preferred)CRM proficiency requiredAdept in Microsoft OfficeHigh attention to detail Exceptional organizational and communication skillsPositive and solution-orientedCompensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package reflective of the DC metro market and the importance of this role to our firm.Base Salary + Bonus Potential: $65,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience, with bonus potential based on achieving firm goals and client satisfactionHealth Insurance: Employer-contributed medical coverageRetirement: 401(k) with employer matchFlexibility: Hybrid work schedulePaid Time OffProfessional Development: Support for continuing education, industry certifications, and clear career growth path within the firmWhy Join UsThis is a rare opportunity to join a growing boutique RIA at a meaningful stage of its growth.
