AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
As a Channel BD Manager, supporting various programs including the Solution Provider Program and Distribution Program, you will have the exciting opportunity to work primarily with Services Partners to enable and grow our ecosystem of partners worldwide, with a focus in North America. Your responsibilities will include vetting new partners, developing existing partners, and evaluating data to run and organize reporting on the business to support business reviews for key Channel stakeholders. You will be coordinating with multiple teams including PDMs and Center of Excellence on a day to day, to execute and project manage various initiatives that may change depending on business outcomes the Channel team would like to drive.
Key job responsibilities
Act as a BD focusing on NAMER, and execute GTM campaigns and sales motions for Partner Sellers, Sales, Partner Managers, Center of Excellence stakeholders to accelerate the Solution Provider Program and the Distribution Program.
Project Manage multiple projects autonomously, collaborating with technical and non-technical teams, presenting and communicating directly with key stakeholders.
Run, Manage, and Contribute reporting to Channel stakeholders to provide updates on the business. Leverage data analytics to capture and organize information on program trends (and report on them in business reviews) and various scenarios in order to share findings and identify areas for improvement.
Document programs’ processes and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and templates to make it easier for cross-functional teams to execute on business needs.
Deliver partner-facing content across Solution Providers, Distribution Partners, and Distribution Sellers.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
