Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus availableOpportunity:Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / RadiologyJob Details:• Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM• Guaranteed 40 hours per week for 8 and 10 hour shifts, 36 hours for 3 twelve-hour shifts, or 48 hours for 4 twelve-hour shifts• Minimum 2 years of experience required• First-time travelers accepted• Required certifications: BLS, CNMT or NMTCB, Indiana state license• Indiana state license and required certifications must be in hand prior to start date• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays• May float to other facilities based on need• Royal blue scrubs required• Cerner charting system experience required• Community hospital experience required• Work with adult and geriatric patients• Perform various nuclear medicine procedures including bone scans, cardiac imaging, HIDA scans, renal studies, and whole body imaging• Handle radioactive materials storage, handling, and disposal• Start and maintain IVs as needed• Free parking provided• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only• Local candidates acceptedFacility:This healthcare organization operates as a short-term acute care facility providing comprehensive nuclear medicine and radiology services.
