Your day-to-day will include:\nProviding support for servers, networks, and a variety of hardware/software platforms.\nTroubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime for clients.\nDesigning, configuring, and maintaining firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi devices.\nDeploying and managing virtualization platforms, backup systems, and Microsoft technologies.\nWorking remotely most of the time, with some onsite visits as needed.\nCollaborating with our team to deliver creative, reliable solutions for every client challenge.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3–5+ years of IT experience (MSP background a plus).\nStrong skills in Microsoft Server, Exchange, Windows OS (7/8/10/11), LAN/WAN networking, and virtualization platforms.\nExperience with firewall/switch configuration (Cisco, SonicWall, etc.).\nProfessional certifications preferred (MCP, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, VMware VCP, etc.).\nExcellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting ability, and a customer-first mindset.\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.\n\nThe Opportunity\nThis role offers the perfect balance: the technical challenge of solving complex IT issues, the career growth of working with cutting-edge technology, and the culture of a supportive, people-first team.
