You will help shape Atlassian's approach for State, Local, and Education (SLED) customers, working with experienced marketers, product managers, and sales leaders.ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to understand SLED customers' challenges, priorities, and buying behaviors.Analyze competitive offerings and identify opportunities to differentiate.Support creation of marketing assets and campaigns tailored to public sector audiences.Get exposure to best practices in B2B product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership across marketing, sales, and product management.Minimum QualificationsCommitment to a 12-week, full-time (40 hrs/week) program during Summer 2026.Currently enrolled full-time in an MBA program and returning to complete the degree, graduating by June 2027.Passionate about marketing, familiar with key marketing frameworks, and interested in B2B SaaS.Strong critical thinking: able to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and values diverse perspectives.Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the public sector (nice-to-have, not required).Experience using Atlassian apps (Jira, Confluence, Loom, Trello).CompensationBase pay: Zone A $35–$40/hr, Zone B $32–$36/hr, Zone C $29–$33/hr.
