Conduct classroom training for New Hire Orientation, Cell Lead Orientation, core competencies and other classroom training as needed.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nMaintain accurate training records for current and newly trained manufacturing employees. Maintain compliance with ISO/TS 16949 requirements.\nTrain new hires to ZF Marshall standards.\nUse presentation skills to conduct classroom training.\nAudit procedures, instructions, trainers and operators for compliance.\nFacilitate continuous improvement of training and operations.\nKeep updated on newly revised procedures and ensure those revisions are communicated to Cell Leads and trainers.\nConsistently apply training practices and procedures throughout interactions with employees.\nCreate and edit training videos.\nComplies with and supports the health, safety and environmental programs, policies and procedures.\nEXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED\nHigh school degree or equivalent.\nAt least 6 months in previous job assignment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nCertification in at least one area of manufacturing for at least a year is preferred.\nAptitude indicative of performing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.\nDemonstrated ability to successfully perform in a team environment through use of good interpersonal skills.\nProficient with various computer programs (i.e. MS Office Applications).\nAbility to work various shifts as required to support operation.\n\nBe part of our ZF team as Training Developer and apply now!\n\nContact\nAngela Fox\n+1 217 826 1918\n\nDIVERSITY COMMITMENT:\nDiversity, Equity and Inclusion are more than just words for us.
