system architectures that minimize operational risk and long-term maintenance\r\nDevelop and maintain Salesforce customizations, automation, and integrations\r\nBuild and maintain API-based integrations across platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Zoom, WordPress, and other business systems\r\nDesign and deploy automation tools that reduce manual processes while maintaining data integrity and access controls\r\nDevelop secure front-end and server-side functionality where required\r\nManage system enhancements, updates, and regression prevention to ensure ongoing stability\r\nEstablish and maintain version control, documentation standards, and structured deployment processes\r\nCreate and maintain clear technical documentation to ensure systems are sustainable and not dependent on tribal knowledge\r\nImplement logging, monitoring, and basic alerting for critical workflows and integrations\r\nSupport system stability and internal technical initiatives as needed\r\nTroubleshoot production issues and implement durable, long-term solutions\r\nRequirements: 5+ years of professional software development experience working with production systems\r\nDemonstrated ability to independently own projects across the full development lifecycle\r\nStrong experience with Salesforce custom development and integration\r\nExperience building and maintaining API-based integrations (REST, OAuth2, webhooks, automation workflows)\r\nExperience developing custom WordPress functionality and working with modern web technologies\r\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 and Zoom integrations is preferred\r\nStrong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, debugging, and application reliability\r\nExperience working with version control and structured deployment practices\r\nAbility to translate non-technical business needs into effective technical solutions\r\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills\r\nSelf-motivated and
