You will partner with clients, sales, and other teams to design and deliver AI-powered, data-driven solutions across credit, fraud, and identity use cases.\n\nYou will lead the end-to-end solution lifecycle. This lifecycle involves translating client requirements into production-ready AI-enabled architectures. These architectures use LLMs, cloud-native platforms (AWS), APIs, and scalable data systems.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead AI-driven discovery and requirements sessions to identify opportunities for intelligent decisioning, automation, and optimization\n\nTranslate client needs into end-to-end AI-enabled solutions using:\n\nLLMs and AI workflows\nAPIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures\n\nDesign and deliver scalable implementations on Bureau Composer, including:\n\nReal-time decisioning workflows\nStandard and custom solutions\nConduct technical presentations, demos, and AI solution workshops for both executive and technical audiences\nGuide production deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of AI-powered solutions\nPartner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities and increase incremental revenue\nEnsure agreement on security, compliance, and data governance frameworks (FCRA, FACTA, IAM, and data protection)\nBuild reusable AI solution patterns, accelerators, and strategies\n\nAI / ML (Primary Focus)\n\nHands-on experience applying LLMs or ML models in real-world / production use cases\nBuilt or implemented AI-driven workflows, automation, or decisioning solutions\nExperience integrating AI into APIs, applications, or enterprise systems\nPrompt engineering, RAG architectures, or LLM orchestration frameworks\nDesign AI-enabled business solutions (beyond POCs)\nApply AI to decisioning, analytics, or customer workflows\n\nArchitecture & Cloud\n\nExperience designing API-first, microservices-based architectures\nExperience with AWS\nLambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3\nReal-time and event-driven systems\nData integration and distributed system design\n\nData & Integration\n\nSQL and data analysis for validation and troubleshooting\nExperience with data pipelines, ETL, and data integration patterns\nBI and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) with business insight delivery\n\nDomain & Industry Knowledge\n\nCredit risk decisioning (originations, underwriting, line management)\nFraud and identity decisioning systems\nBureau data (credit attributes, tradelines, scores)\nDecision strategies (rules and model-driven decisioning)\n\nExperience and Skills\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, AI Solutions, or Systems Architecture (client-facing)\nDemonstrated AI literacy with practical application (LLMs, automation workflows, enterprise AI use cases)\nExperience translating our requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions\nSimplify complex concepts Working knowledge of security practices (IAM, data protection, compliance frameworks)\nExperience in credit, fraud, identity, or risk analytics domains Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure/GCP)\nExperience with Python or SQL Experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting engagements\n\nAbout Experian\n\nExperian is a global data and technology company, powering opportunities for people and businesses around the world.
