This role owns end-to-end integration components and works independently on moderately complex integration and engineering tasks, partnering with senior engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and well-documented solutions.\r\nMajor Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain production-ready APIs and integration flows across cloud, on-premises, and third-party platforms.\r\nImplement scalable integration patterns, including synchronous, asynchronous, batch, and event-driven processing.\r\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration and data requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\r\nBuild reusable integration components and services aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and development standards.\r\nPerform unit testing and support QA, regression, and user acceptance testing for integration solutions.\r\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration failures, data flow issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.\r\nContribute to technical documentation, including solution designs, interface specifications, data mappings, and operational runbooks.\r\nParticipate in peer code reviews and apply feedback to improve code quality, reliability, and maintainability.\r\nSupport enhancements, patches, upgrades, and operational administration activities across integration and related data platforms\r\n.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in integration development or API engineering.\r\nExperience developing and supporting integrations using MuleSoft or comparable middleware/iPaaS platforms.\r\nStrong understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and common API and integration design patterns.\r\nExperience building event-driven integrations (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.).\r\nProficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.\r\nExperience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming and scripting languages.\r\nFamiliarity with API testing and troubleshooting tools such as Postman, JMeter, or similar technologies.\r\nHands-on experience with version control and CI/CD practices using Git and platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab.\r\nUnderstanding of integration security concepts and protocols, including OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, and SAML.\r\nFamiliarity with enterprise applications and data domains, including ERP platforms and/or master data, is a plus.\r\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new integration platforms quickly.\r\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\r\nCareer Level Dimensions\r\nTypical Training/Experience\r\nTypically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
