Restaurant Manager - Director of OperationsLocation: Nick's on the Lake @ Popeye's - Lake Geneva, WI Employment Type: Fulltime (5day week, 40-45 hrs/wk) Schedule: AM, PM, weekends, and holidays About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Full-Service Restaurant leader with a minimum of 10 years in table-service environments. This role is not quick-service or counter-service focused. We are looking for a hands-on floor leader who thrives in high-volume, guest-facing dining rooms, manages servers and hosts, and delivers polished hospitality in a tourist-driven market.
