This individual will be responsible for driving business performance, building a strong client base, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience aligned with a high-end brand standard.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer serviceEnsure the store delivers value and excellence to clients, aligned with luxury brand expectationsProvide and maintain a strong client bookFoster long-term customer relationships through personalized, high-touch interactionsCoach team members on developing and growing their client portfoliosTrack performance and provide ongoing feedback and training to the teamDrive sales growth and overall store profitabilityPartner with senior leadership on business strategy and executionOversee daily store operations across both sales floor and stockroomPlan and execute in-store events to drive brand awareness and revenueLead weekly team meetings to ensure alignment and consistency in executionMaintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentationPrepare weekly/monthly reporting and monitor KPI performanceQualificationsAuthorized to work in the U.S.High School diploma or equivalent3+ years of management experience in luxury fashion retailStrong analytical skills and comfort managing performance metricsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBusiness-minded with a focus on both revenue growth and team leadershipHighly detail-oriented with the ability to oversee all aspects of store operationsFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidays during peak seasonsHands-on, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented mindsetCommitment to ongoing learning and developmentAbility to stand for extended periods and lift/move retail materials as neededExperience with European luxury brands is a plusSecond language proficiency is a plus Compensation & BenefitsBase salary + commissionMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid sick timePaid parental leave (eligibility-based)401(k) with company matchPet insurancePre-tax commuter benefits (based on location)Referral bonusEmployee discount and uniform allowance
