We are a combination of operations and support teams aligned to continually strive to innovate the last mile delivery process while bringing smiles to our customer’s faces.\n\nProcess Assistants are part of the Last Mile operations in RSR and play a crucial role in this rapidly growing team. Process Assistants are responsible for daily management of department duties including: allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, providing work direction and communicating with internal and external suppliers.\n\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\n\n- A Bachelor’s Degree or above in Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science major preferred.\n\n- 6+ years of building, testing, implementing and validating models in a financial services technology, payments, merchant/acquiring, audit/consulting, business software, retail or online services company (preferably AI/ML models)\n\n- Knowledge of SQL and Big Data technologies like Hadoop or similar\n\n- Experience developing pricing and risk models using Python, R or C++ is a plus.\n\n- Experience in designing and implementing new model risk management programs or processes from the ground up.\n\n- Excellent written and spoken communication skill\n\n- Knowledge of data management fundamentals and data storage principles\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\n- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to understand and validate models effectively\n\n- Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form across functional groups within the company, with Clients, Customers and Vendors, as well as Senior Management.\n\n- Experience with big data: extraction, processing, filtering, and presenting large data quantities via AWS technologies, SQL, and data pipelines\n\n- Ability to manage through influence\n\n- Master's degree\n\nAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.\n\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
