Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate PRN/Part time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team at our Cypress location clinic. This role involves working primarily with children, including children with Autism, in a supportive and structured clinical environment. Compensation SLP: $35/30-minute session W-2 OR $40/session 1099. SLPA's: $30/session W2. Minimum of 2 sessions paid on scheduled shift regardless of no shows/late cancelations. Benefits 401(k) eligibility immediately, with employer matching 3–5% Qualifications Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Active Texas SLP/SLPA license. AAC experience preferred. BLS certification required. Comfortable working with children, including children with Autism.
