We're growing, and we're looking for skilled Service Technicians who take ownership of their work and values quality, precision, and teamwork.If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with your hands, and being part of a company that invests in its people, EliteRV may be the right fit for you.What You Will DoDiagnose, repair, and service recreational vehicles with accuracy and efficiencyPerform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, and general maintenance workClearly document diagnostics, repairs, and parts usedCommunicate progress and findings with leadership and service advisorsDeliver finished work that meets EliteRV quality standards before final inspectionMaintain a clean, safe, and professional work environmentWhat We Are Looking ForExperience in one or more of the following: RV service, mechanical repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or general maintenanceTechnical school or trade certification is a plus, but hands‐on experience matters mostAt least 1 year of technician or related trade experience preferredRVIA certification helpful but not requiredStrong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first timeAbility to work comfortably in varied conditions (heat, cold, noise, tight spaces, heights)Ability to stand, bend, crawl, and lift to 25 lbs.
