We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. If this sounds like a job you’ll love, start your application today.Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly Responsibilities: Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected Teach, train and walk all new agents through 90-day program Qualifications: Familiar with online job posting tools At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field Strong organizational skills and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must have a college degree About Company The Michelle Humes Group is a top-producing real estate team in the Peachtree City, GA area.
