Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the accounting of the whole module, the declaration of financial data and the annual audit of the subsidiary;2. Assist the business department to calculate the operating profit and conduct regular business analysis.3. Responsible for docking with local banks, carrying out capital income and expenditure management, credit management, import and export foreign exchange settlement, letter of credit management and other capital-related work.4. Handle tax-related matters, including tax planning and tax declaration.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree, major in finance and accounting, 3-5 years of financial work experience in the United States;2. Understand the differences between Chinese and US accounting standards, be familiar with local tax laws in the United States, and have a solid professional background;3. Fluent in Chinese and English, good initiative, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.
