Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you’ll make an impact in this roleLead comprehensive patient assessments by evaluating bio-psychosocial needs to create a foundational understanding of each individual’s path to recovery.Design and adapt personalized care plans that evolve alongside the patient, ensuring interventions remain relevant and effective throughout their stay.Facilitate therapeutic group sessions to build a supportive community environment where patients can develop vital coping skills and emotional resilience.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to align clinical goals and advocate for the patient’s voice during high-level care conferences.Evaluate and refine clinical outcomes by monitoring patient responses to treatment, ensuring the care provided is always driving toward stability and wellness.What Minimum Requirements You’ll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:Required Credential(s)BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
