and Tasks\r\nOwn the end-to-end execution of leadership development programs, manager training initiatives, and learning workshops.\r\nSupport the design and delivery of enterprise and regional leadership development experiences.\r\nFacilitate training sessions as needed, both virtually and in-person.\r\nEnsure a consistent, high-quality learner experience aligned with organizational values and priorities.\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain learning materials, including slide decks, facilitator guides, participant resources, toolkits, and digital content.\r\nCreate and maintain structured learning pathways and development plans for key roles and populations.\r\nPartner with subject matter experts and vendors to customize and deploy learning content.\r\nAdapt materials for multiple delivery formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid, and self-paced).\r\nLearning Systems, Tools & Platforms\r\nManage and optimize learning tools and platforms, including the Bracco internal Learning HUB, assessment tools (e.g., DiSC, et al.), and collaboration systems.\r\nOversee content organization, access, and user experience across learning platforms.\r\nDrive adoption and utilization of learning resources through targeted communications and outreach.\r\nBuild and manage strong partnerships with external learning vendors and solution providers.\r\nLead vendor engagement, including program design alignment, scheduling, and delivery oversight, in partnership with administrative support.\r\nEvaluate vendor offerings and continuously refine partnerships to ensure alignment with business priorities, leadership capabilities, and learning strategy.\r\nCommunications & Stakeholder Enablement\r\nDraft and manage L&D communications, including program announcements, invitations, reminders, pre-work, and follow-up resources.\r\nCreate visually engaging learning and communication materials using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.\r\nServe as a key point of contact for HR Business Partners, leaders, facilitators, and program participants.\r\nProactively follow up with stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward.\r\nMeasurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement\r\nTrack participation, engagement, feedback, and outcomes across learning and leadership programs.\r\nPrepare dashboards, summaries, and insights to inform decision-making.\r\nIdentify opportunities to improve program design, delivery, and operational efficiency.\r\nOperational Excellence & Program Management\r\nMaintain clear processes, documentation, templates, and shared resources to support scalability and consistency.\r\nManage timelines, logistics, and coordination for all major learning initiatives.\r\nIdentify potential risks and challenges, support issue resolution, and elevate decisions or resource needs when needed to keep programs on track.\r\nBalance structure with flexibility in a dynamic, evolving environment.\r\nSupervisory Responsibilities\r\nNot applicable\r\nEducation\r\nBachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.\r\nEquivalent combination of education and hands-on experience in learning, program coordination, or commercial operations will be considered.\r\nProfessional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills\r\nRequired Experience & Skills\r\n4+ years of experience in learning, program management, commercial operations, HR, or a related field.\r\nExperience supporting leadership development, training delivery, and vendor-managed learning solutions.\r\nStrong program and project management skills.\r\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\r\nComfort operating in evolving, less-structured environments.\r\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\r\nExperience in creating professional learning and communication materials.\r\nProficiency with learning platforms and
