Applications Analyst

An innovative healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Applications Analyst with Epic Willow expertise to support pharmacy-related systems and initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing EHR applications and delivering technology-driven solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Partner with cross-functional application teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative pharmacy system solutions Implement, configure, and maintain Epic Willow (Ambulatory or Inpatient) modules Analyze, design, and support EHR systems and associated databases Ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and data integrity Support system upgrades, enhancements, and deployments Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support Collaborate with end users to identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities Participate in system testing, validation, and documentation efforts Qualifications: Epic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) or Willow Inpatient (WIP) certification required Experience supporting EHR systems, preferably Epic Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and clinical systems Experience with system implementation, configuration, and support Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment "Please note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $70.00/hour - $80.00/hour is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future.
