In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional perioperative care in a fast-paced, patient-centered outpatient setting. You’ll work alongside experienced surgeons and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare the operating room and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterileAssist the surgical team during procedures by anticipating needs and maintaining a sterile fieldMonitor patient status throughout the surgical process and respond to any changes in conditionMaintain accurate documentation of procedures, medications, and patient responsesCollaborate with pre-op and post-op teams to ensure seamless patient careAdhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standardsQualificationsCurrent RN license in the state of [State]Minimum of 1 year of OR nursing experience (ambulatory surgery center experience preferred)BLS and ACLS certification requiredStrong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentWhat We OfferPredictable daytime hours with no nights, weekends, or holidaysCompetitive Compensation And Benefits PackageSupportive, collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional development and continuing educationA modern facility equipped with the latest surgical technologyInterested in hearing more?
