We help public agencies, nonprofits and businesses modernize with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure and AI.\n\n*About the work* We are building a team of US-based Power Platform specialists for a multi-year, on-call program with a large West Coast city government. You will build new apps for city departments and improve existing ones, working in small teams of 2 to 3 people. Work is remote and project-based. Start dates depend on contract award and project demand.\n\n*What you will do*\n\n* Build model-driven and canvas apps on Dataverse, and automate processes with Power Automate\n* Extend solutions with C# Dataverse plugins, custom APIs and Azure Functions\n* Build Power BI reports and dashboards, and Power Pages sites for public-facing services\n* Build Copilot Studio agents where they fit the business need\n* Troubleshoot, tune and enhance existing apps and flows\n* Package work as managed solutions and deploy through Dev, QA and Production\n* Document what you build and walk city staff through it so they can support it\n\n*What you bring*\n\n* 5+ years building Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) in enterprise or public sector settings\n* Strong C# and .NET skills, including Dataverse plugins or custom APIs\n* Experience with Azure Functions, custom connectors and REST APIs\n* Experience with solution-based ALM and source control (Azure DevOps or GitHub)\n* Power BI report development\n\n*Nice to have*\n\n* Copilot Studio and Power Pages delivery experience\n* PCF (Power Apps component framework) controls\n* Microsoft certification PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)\n* Building to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards\n* Prior work for a city, county or state agency\n\n*Requirements to join*\n\n* Must live in and work from the United States, with authorization to work in the US\n* Willing to complete a background check\n* Available during Pacific Time business hours\n\n*Benefits* Paid sick leave as required by Washington law.
