This position requires a commitment to Lean Manufacturing principles, minimizing downtime and maximizing machine uptime. This role demands a collaborative team player with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to perform under pressure.\r\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.\r\nEnsures performance and quality standards are consistently met, contributing to the production of top-quality large format products.\r\nProduces and dispatches products on schedule, adhering to deadlines.\r\nOrganizes, prepares, and loads printed materials onto the CNC machine, utilizing the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to optimize workflow.\r\nUtilizes CNC EG-Enroute software to prepare cut files for the production process.\r\nExecutes the cutting of all large format products, ensuring precision and quality.\r\nAims to achieve expert knowledge of all CNC products, materials, and tools associated with operating the CNC machine.\r\nProvides ongoing training to other team members on the operation of the CNC machine and its software, enhancing team capabilities.\r\nUnder the guidance of the Large Format Manager, executes daily and weekly preventative maintenance and addresses production and shipping needs to maintain continuous operation.\r\nCommunicates supply needs and maintains inventory levels to ensure production processes are uninterrupted.\r\nAdheres to safety procedures and regulations while applying Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.\r\nActs as Flatbed Printer Operator backup when needed.\r\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\r\nQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
