experience\nExperience serving as a Superintendent on ground up andor major renovation projects\nStrong concrete construction experience including foundations slab on grade formwork reinforcing steel and concrete placement\nProven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications\nOSHA 30 certification
