Senior .Net Developer
Responsibilities:Responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering Technology solutionsProvide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standardsConduct multiple software implementations and apply both depth and breadth of knowledge in several technical competenciesResponsible for various .NET applications and develop new applications using .Net Core and Angular framework for containerization and cloud deploymentDevelop solutions and processes for delivering features based on their knowledge of design/architectural patterns and Agile/DevOps practicesEnsure the systems design and requirements are aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes, and that team practices and coding/quality principles are aligned to achieve the desired technological outcomesDesign, develop and be accountable for feature deliveryEnsure solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debtResponsible for compliance and security items and audit support at the team level.Act as a liaison for production activities/issues.Work Planning and ExecutionWork with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, withclear acceptance criteriaGuide the team on work breakdown and execution.Team MentorshipPlay a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the teamGuide team members with skills and practices (planning & estimation, peer reviews and otherengineering practices)Identify skill and role gaps, and work with Technology Manager to address themWork with Technology Manager in creating resource contingency plans where requiredApply enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality Requirements:8+ years' experience as a full stack .net developerSignificant experience through multiple software implementations and have developed both depth and breadth in several technical competencies3 years of .Net CoreContainerization and Cloud based software development.
