We work in a variety of media and formats on a variety of learning content, from technical to soft skills.\nLearning interventions can be from several hours to several months in length. Projects can take 3 to 18 months from start to finish. Being part of the design and development function at ALESYS is a very busy and rewarding experience.\nWe are an extremely Customer-Focused company and provide our Customers with a highly managed experience. We always do what it takes, going the extra mile whenever necessary for our Customers.\nOur work pace is fast and the work is always deadline-oriented. All of our processes and procedures are geared toward producing a high-quality product. The rewards are seeing our design and development efforts payoff for our Customers, and knowing that we played a significant role in their success.\nSignificant experience designing and developing highly effective workplace training in a variety of media, formats, and topics is required.\nYou will be a member of Project Teams that may travel to Customer locations.
