We equip every team member with leading AI tools and count on you to use them — to move faster, solve harder problems, and help us realize the full potential of KARNO technology for the world.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\nDrive the end-to-end program execution of assembling the components, from prototype validation to initial production ramp.\nPartner with mechanical design engineers and manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are manufacturable and scalable.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.\nStrategic Problem-Solving: Apply a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to diagnose complex program challenges, identify root causes, and develop data-backed solutions.\nLead cross-functional meetings to align engineering, operations, procurement, quality assurance and external vendors around shared goals.\nCoordinate testing and validation of parts, including mechanical, thermal, and durability testing in real-world power generation applications.\nAssist in supplier sourcing, DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews, and process validation with supplier partners. Track any ECRs resulting from modifications needed from design issues, testing, DFM or DFMEA activities.\nReport regularly to leadership on program status, blockers, and key decision points.\nPerformance Management: Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track supply chain health and project performance. Provide regular reports to management on progress against strategic objectives.\n\nProject Coordination & Support:\n\nDeep dive into the mechanical hardware program blocks.\nTrack project milestones, tasks, and deadlines, proactively identifying and flagging potential delays or risks, and actively problem-solve to mitigate the risk in the delays.\nSchedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.\nSupport the preparation of project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.\n\nDocumentation & Information Management:\n\nOrganize all project-related documentation, including technical specifications, engineering change management, design documents, test reports, and manufacturing procedures.\nEnsure documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with company standards.\n\nAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned, needed, or required for the business.\n\nQualifications\n\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nQualifications include:\n\nEducation, Experience and Certifications\nBachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field) or a relevant technical discipline.\n2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, or similar role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, ideally within industries such as aerospace, robotics, or other technically complex fields.\nSkills and Abilities\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex insights to audiences ranging from technical experts to executives.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nProactive and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.\nDemonstrated experience leading project teams and driving change within a complex organization.\nProblem-Solving: A natural inclination to break down ambiguous problems into actionable steps, with a focus on delivering tangible results.\n\nRole Classification and Working Conditions\n\nThis is a salaried, exempt-level position.
