Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.\nMust- Haves (Hard Skills)\nMechanical Assembly Skills: Proficiency in building complex mechanical assemblies.(electrical and optical assemblies, components, and harnesses)\nComputer Skills: Adept at programming assemblies using relevant software.\nComputer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Windows and Office.\nTechnical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret engineering work instructions, drawings, or schematics to effectively perform job duties.\nMust- Haves (Soft Skills)\nCommunication Skills\nPositive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude, openness to new ideas, and a willingness to learn new tools.\nTeam Impact: Strong motivation to positively impact the performance and work experience of the team.\nAdaptability: Demonstrated readiness to work effectively in an environment where priorities may change frequently.\nHS Diploma and 1-3 Years experience\nCurrently or previously IPC J-STD-001 solder certified.
