Work on complex problems and drive consensus and solutions in response to critical events. Build out process/device improvement plans and implement the same.\nThe Day-to-Day\nMonitor key device attributes (in-line CD/thickness, PCM testing, and probe parametrics) to ensure process and device health.\nStrong data analysis skills to drive root cause for parametric shifts or issues.\nDrive problem solving across multiple teams (i.e. process, flows, product).\nRespond to deviations in the production line and customer concerns and drive to root cause.\nDevelop solutions to problems utilizing structured problem-solving tools.\nSupport disposition and decision making in a 24x7 operation.\nThis Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):\nBS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent.
