The Manager will be responsible for leading, administer and improve the program. Job Responsibilities·        Lead and administer the ASL-U project risk management program: Serve as the principal project advisor. ·        Lead structured rick-identification and register quality activities: ownership of the risk management reviews, technical SME, maintain the Safran Risk Management or another approved system ·        Develop, maintain and apply quantitative risk models: Perform Monte Carlo simulations and cost analysis. ·        Support effective development, execution and monitoring of the risk response actions: develop measurable, time phased mitigation plans·        Integrate risk management across the full project cycle: conduct forward assessments, baseline changes, recovery strategies and acceleration scenarios. ·        Produce concise and decision ready risk reporting: Monthly reports, present at briefings to leadership, maintain records, respond to review recommendations, information requests and corrective action requirements ·        Support overall improvement of project risk management capabilities: develop role-based trainings, benchmark best practices and recommend process improvements.
