Job Title: Title Insurance Sales Representative We are seeking an experienced and motivated Title Insurance Sales Representative to join a well established and highly respected title company. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate professionals while promoting a full range of title and escrow services. The ideal candidate is relationship driven, knowledgeable in the real estate transaction process, and eager to grow within a stable, reputable organization. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, builders, and other referral partners • Promote title insurance, escrow, and settlement services to existing and prospective clients • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned territory • Serve as a trusted resource to clients throughout the transaction process • Coordinate with internal escrow and title teams to ensure smooth and timely closings • Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance standards, and market conditions Qualifications • Previous experience in title insurance, escrow, or real estate related sales • Established book of business or strong local market relationships preferred • Solid understanding of the title and escrow process • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory • Professional demeanor and customer focused mindset • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
