Also responsible for training security guards and holding post as needed.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee daily officer activity and confirm all posts are properly staffed\nEnsure officers are in proper uniform and following post orders and company policies\nAssist with training new and current security staff across shifts\nRespond to call-offs and adjust schedules to maintain coverage while limiting overtime\nStep in to cover open posts when needed until relief arrives\nMaintain uniform inventory and ensure compliance with company standards\nPrepare clear reports documenting daily activity, incidents, and irregularities\nAddress on-site concerns and communicate with clients and management as needed\nMonitor for policy violations and take appropriate action, including documentation\nSupport administrative tasks such as maintaining records and site documentation\nHandle delivery or pickup of company materials when required\nKeep assigned work areas clean and organized\nPerform additional duties as assigned\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMust have clean driving record\nAbility to lead and support a team in a fast-moving environment\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills\nReliable attendance and professional work ethic\nAbility to meet licensing or certification requirements as applicable\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nDunbar Security Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
