Provide technical support and interpretative guidance for DC/ROs and answer questions from other site personnel. Coordinate guidance with SR for approval and implementation. Interface with DOE-SR and NNSA-SRFO Classification Office staff as needed to respond to requests, assist in development of classification and UCNI guidance, answer scientific and technical questions, and enforce requirements. Brief all levels of management on classification issues and classification requirements for sensitive technologies and processes. Review, perform declassification actions, and make deletions and redactions where necessary in order to ensure specifically\nrequested documents and materials are approved for release to citizen groups and members of the general public.\nServices shall be provided using processes and procedures. Programmatic guidance will be provided by client.\nEducation:\nMaster’s degree in a technical field with 25 years broad experience in engineering, operations, marketing, strategic and business planning, or a bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 30 years’ experience as described above.\n20 or more years of experience working in plutonium facilities or on plutonium projects.\n15 or more years of 413.3B project management experience\n5 or more years of experience on NNSA/DOE capital line-item projects Alternate combination of experience/qualification & certification will be considered where candidate does not have a degree.\nExperience/Skills:\nCandidate must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of operation and technical experience in the Tritium Facilities (NNSA) or the commercial nuclear industry. Candidate must have been proficient in one of the Tritium Facilities and has in-depth knowledge of Tritium Processes to include reservoir loading/unloading. Previous experience with the use and implementation of TCG-BTS-2, Boosting and Transfer Systems; CG-NMP-2, Nuclear Material Production; and CG-SRS-IC51-; SRS Tritium and Weapons, and related guides and bulletins. Demonstrated proficiency in classification and declassification determinations, and knowledge of reservoir design and function. Candidate must demonstrate personal accountability for facility/project schedules, deadlines, budgets, and the safe performance of work; and proficiency in performing Nuclear Technical Support assessments.\nArea Security Access:\nCandidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance. An active DOE clearance is not initially required to perform assigned duties.
