Residential Plumber - Custom Homes/Commercial Projects

Job Description Family Owned Established Plumbing Company is seeking experienced Plumbers for projects throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Our firm specializes in an variety of projects for a wide range of clientele, Commercial TI's, and Multi Family ProjectsQualifications:Plumber - with previous experience- At least 2+ years of experience in residential construction or remodels.- Must know DWV & PEX and have your own tools- Experience with PEX, copper, ABS, and gas piping.- Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools- Installation, repair, and replacement of plumbing fixtures including sinks, basins, toilets, and drinking fountains.- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and take appropriate action to resolve them- Installs new water services and mains or replaces or relocates services with copper, cast iron, wrought iron, plastic, or steel pipes and bronze, copper, or galvanized fittings.- Assists in the excavation and backfilling of trenches, the disinfection and flushing of mains and fittings and the setting up and operating of various equipment necessary to maintenance and installation activities.- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations- Valid driver's license and reliable transportationThis is a perfect opportunity for an individual interested in long-term growth and personal development within a stable company.Assist plumbers with all stages of plumbing installation and pipefitting processes.
