IFM Quality & Finishing TechnicianJoin Our Team as an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Quality & Finishing TechnicianWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Quality & Finishing Technician to provide repair, cleaning, and preventative maintenance services for customer equipment at industrial and commercial facilities.This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience in industrial finishing, commercial HVAC systems, air quality, filtration, and equipment maintenance who enjoys troubleshooting problems, working directly with customers, and supporting high-quality service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair customer equipment in the fieldPerform preventative maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of industrial and commercial systemsLead industrial paint, finishing, filtration, HVAC, and indoor air quality maintenance projectsProvide technical training and support for customers and techniciansRespond to customer inquiries regarding equipment repairs and service needsDocument service work and maintain accurate service reports in company systemsMaintain and test service equipment and tools before and after useAssist with special projects and technical service initiativesSupport product demonstrations and customer training both in the lab and in the fieldParticipate in establishing service and maintenance contractsMaintain a safe and organized work environmentRequired ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent1 year of skilled trades or technical field service experience1 year of experience in a focused application or product line1 year of experience in at least two of the following areas:Industrial finishing or paint systemsPowder coating / finishingCommercial HVACIndustrial cleaning systemsFiltration and indoor air qualityMold remediation or duct cleaningStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilitiesExperience disassembling, repairing, and reassembling equipmentAbility to operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipmentAbility to read and understand technical manuals, safety procedures, and service documentationAdditional RequirementsAbility to travel up to 5%Valid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to operate a forklift and pallet jackProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Ability to learn company service systems and maintain equipment recordsMust be able to work in environments that may include:Paint and solvent odorsMoving mechanical partsElectrical equipmentAirborne particles or chemicalsCertificationsMold and duct cleaning certifications preferredAbility to obtain certifications from primary vendors within 6 months (Graco, GEMA, Fanuc, Sames, CFT, etc.)Physical RequirementsAbility to walk, climb, stand, stoop, kneel, and bend regularlyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
