You are positioned to serve Lakepointe Church by playing a key role alongside the Campus Pastor & Team in the administration, growth, and development of your campus.What you'll do:Provide administrative and organizational support to the Campus PastorServe as the first point of contact for Campus PastorRespond to campus emails and phone calls within a 24-hour time frameMaintain Campus Pastor receipts, charges and expenses dailyCoordinate Campus Pastor meetings and/or lunches with staff, members, guests, and community leadershipOrganize and maintain agenda, calendar, and preparation for campus staff meetingsManage calendar, appointments, and communications for Campus PastorOversee, reconcile, and run reports for campus budgets and ministriesCollect Campus Team feedback following major events to send to Campus & Central LeadershipEnter Campus Weekend MetricsAssist with staff care (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)Assist with Campus Pastoral Care records and follow-upMaintain campus prayer requests, online inquiries, and overseeing follow-up with campus teamOrdering of campus office supplies, staff and serve team snacks/drinks, and weekend coffeeRecruit and train volunteers for Midweek Teams- Seatbacks, Phones, data entry, campus laundry, invite cards, etc.Serve at the campus during Sunday services assisting with various needs that ariseProvide support to Operations Pastor as neededOversee Check-In and Weekend Count Volunteer TeamsAll other duties as assigned by Campus PastorSkills & Experience you've had:Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; college degree preferredExperience: Strong administrative abilities, detail oriented, work ethic, and commitment to excellenceCommunication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsTechnical Skills: Proficient with Google Workspace, data entry, and basic accounting methodsOrganizational Skills: Efficient problem solving skills, ability to multitasks, and effective time managementConfidentiality & Discretion: High emotional intelligence and able to keep confidential informationCompetencies: Steady, positive attitude, people-oriented, team player, and customer service minded.Embody all Lakepointe Leadership Behaviors: Love and follow JesusHonor up, down, and all aroundMake it funReject good for greatWhatever it takesLove LakepointeAT-WILL EMPLOYMENT:By submitting my resume to Lakepointe Church for potential employment I acknowledge that if hired, I will be an employment-at-will employee.
