The intern will work cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, and analytics teams to enhance member engagement, improve program performance, and contribute to new loyalty initiatives.You'll Make a Difference ByAssisting in the execution of loyalty campaigns (email, SMS, onsite messaging, and setup)Supporting segmentation and targeting strategies for loyalty membersAnalyzing program performanceHelping maintain loyalty program content and promotional calendarConducting competitive research on loyalty programs and customer engagement trendsAssisting with A/B testing and reporting on campaign effectivenessSupporting member experience improvements across digital touchpointsDocumenting processes and contributing to playbooks or internal resourcesAbout YouCurrently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsInterest in customer experience, retention, and brand loyaltyComfortable working with data (Excel, Google Sheets)Strong communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with eCommerce or digital marketing tools is a bonus.About AriatAriat is an innovative, outdoor global brand with roots in equestrian performance.
